Using the size chart shown below, you can look up the size that you should order. Mind your clothes while taking your measurements; make sure that you are wearing tightly fitting clothes. Also mind padded bras and belts that are too tight. Most tape-measures have numbers on both sides. Make sure you look at the correct side when taking your measurements!
